Payments

Fee:

The conference fee is 1500 PLN/350 EUR. The fee cover the coffee breaks and social events. It does not cover lunches and accommodation.

Grants:

10 grants from PROM are available for PhD students from abroad.

Grants cover according to the regulations:

• daily allowance (stipend) 125 PLN per day;
• maintenance costs 300 PLN per day;
• travel costs depending on the home country on the lump sum list

Grants do not cover conference fee.

In order to apply, the following documents must be submitted during the registration: 

• CV + publication list of the applicant (max. 2 pages A4);
• Motivation letter (max. 1 page A4) specifying the connection between the planned participation in the school/conference and the subject of their doctoral dissertation, as well as the expected impact of the school on their future academic plans. The letter should also include information about the competencies that will be developed during the workshop, along with the learning outcomes achieved in terms of knowledge, skills, and social competencies. The acquisition of new competencies and learning outcomes will be verified during the workshop;
• An abstract of the presentation (max. 300 words);
• Proof of Doctoral Status - a certificate from the home university confirming doctoral status;
• The PROM application form (downloadable files: DOCX, PDF)
